How do I place an order?

Browse the website and add cakes to your basket. When you press make payment, we will receive your order. You will then be contacted by telephone to confirm the details of your order and to take payment (if you've not already paid via Paypal). If for some reason you do not receive a call, please contact us in case there has been a problem receiving your order. Alternatively, drop into our shop at 9 Theatre Walk, Eagle Centre, Derby DE1 2NG.

How much notice do you need for an order?

This all depends on our workload but to avoid disappointment please give us as much notice as possible.

How do I pay for my cakes?

We accept debit and credit cards and cheques (made payable to Cameo Cupcakes), you may also pay via Paypal. Payment in full is due before your order is delivered so please allow adequate time if posting us a cheque.

Where do you deliver and what is the charge?

We deliver to the local Derby area for a flat fee of £3. To find out if we deliver to your area, please check your suburb here. We can deliver further afield e.g. Nottingham but a delivery price will need to be calculated for you.

I'm ordering cakes for a wedding/special event in the future, do you require a deposit?

A 25% deposit will secure your booking with the balance due 7 days before the delivery date. Payment of a deposit secures time in our baking diary so the sooner you can leave a deposit the better.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please ring us as soon as possible to advise. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for cancellations and refund information.

How do I store my cakes?

Cupcakes do not need to be refrigerated but during hot weather they should be kept in a cool place and covered, preferably in airtight containers. Cupcakes containing cream cheese frosting should be refrigerated (see individual product listing for information). Cupcakes are best eaten at room temperature.
